I've had a unit at Handy Lock Pascagoula for almost ten years. The facilities and the service from the staff have always been top notch. Melanie is always accomodating and willing to go the extra mile. We also appreciate being able to use the conference room when needed. Top of the class!
Melanie was a pleasure to work with, meeting our requirement for storage while doing a great job of explaining our options - size, insurance, etc. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility and a spotless area to conduct business. Our whole experience exceeded expectations. We give our highest recommendation of Handy Lock Pascagoula for storage needs.
Pretty poor service, new hidden fees every billing statement. Melanie was nice, but not competent.

This is hands down the best storage facility around. It's clean and I feel my belongings were always safe and secure. Melanie, the property Manager is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She doesn't just see us as a customer but as a Friend!! Any questions I've ever had she has been 100 % on top of! We have had such great conversation every time we have come in to pay our Bill , Had a question or just pick something up! I've rented several places before because we move around alot with my husband's job. I can honestly say, I've never been to a better Storage facility or trusted a property Manager as much as I do Melanie at handy lock!
