Service is usually always great, food is inconsistent. Typical fast food. Drinks and desserts are great.
We absolutely LOVE Ms. Mary Ann!! She's so sweet and even at busy times she remembered our orders and drinks :) She even remembers us when we come back and we all laugh and share some jokes. She makes sure if you're any bit disappointed it's fixed right away!
Love their half price after 8 shakes. Went tonight and service was fast and friendly and everything was right. Enjoy all them folks at the Market Street location.
Solid service today. Can be hit or miss but it is better than some of the other fast food in the area so it is kind of a que sera sera thing. Coneys are always on point though. Carhops are generally polite but can use some tips on change making.
When I want a fast food burger, I hit Sonic. In my opinion, they have the best fast food burgers and the crew on Market Street make sure the dress the just the way you ordered it.
