Billing took three days of me calling and leaving messages to get back to me on an issue when I received a bill a month later with a questionable medical code and a copay charge, despite having paid my copay in the office the day of my appt. Luckily I paid with a debit card. Nurse will say, "Billing and medical codes aren't my area, you need to talk to Billing." Billing will say, "The nurse says the bill is correct, so . . ."

The actual visit was fine. In and out and pleasant.
