The boiled shrimp was good. This is what I felt more comfortable eating since everything is grabbed up by ungloved hands. During closing a lady walked up after smoking a cigarette and asked if she could help close behind the seafood counter. She began to grab up uncooked fish with her bare hands a put them in to bags to save for the next day....... anyway....the prices are somewhat fair and the portions are very generous. The fact that you have to get a container from the seafood person who writes your name and order on it...take that container back to the front of the store...pay for your order...the walk back to the back of the store... give it back to the seafood person...and wait until the put your food in it is the dumbest thing I have ever seen! The service will not be fast. Be prepared to wait!
Food is still a great value. There needs to be a better way to order.
Called order in. When I arrived to pick it up the kitchen staff said it wasn't ready. Waited 20 minutes. Asked the girl taking orders to check again. It had been ready all along. Food was warm but not hot. No apologies either. I know your Chevron and Ingalls customers are big money makers but try not to forget about us little folks too.
My husband John Nelson went in and got 4 Shrimp Overloads. Very good!!! My sister Deborah Smith, (who had a wreck on Nov. 26th 2015 and is wheelchair bound)and her husband Tommy Smith really enjoyed it. I ate some too and loved it
I got the Seafood Platter. This was just so much delicious deep fried food I couldn't stop eating it. The wait is a little long for this place, 20-25 min, at peak times but it is worth the wait. I highly suggest getting anything with shrimp in it. Oh and if you get the Seafood platter it is enough for two people hands down and it has a taste of everything.
Got a sandwich and a boxed dinner for $9. Coffee was free! The have a fresh market that steams and a deli that does everything else. Super fresh food. .
