Since not shopping there in a while because of the awful backlog of customers, I returned months later to find no backlog of customers and a different set of employees. I was greeted and offered assistance. I was in and out in a flash. So far, so good.
office depot on line ordering is horrible. Go to your local store. We ordered a bunch of stuff last week. Computers, monitors, supplies and etc. it was to be delivered today. So we called! They cancelled our order for no reason, did not call or anything. we called and we get India or some other foreign Country. All we got was "we sorry" "we apologize" and etc. Then we were told to go back on line and re-order and wait another 7-10 days.
