This community needs affordable dental care, not just a fancy bank that leaves the patient with debts. Thumbs down on pricing. It does not serve my community with affordable care.
Stay away from this place! They make you pay in advance, won't give you a receipt, then try to short change you on the treatment you paid for. It all happened to me today before I was able to escape. I'm assuming they think all patients are scofflaws who won't pay their bills. Well, that's the kind of patients they deserve, because I'm going somewhere else.
My appointment was scheduled at 9:00 and it is 9:50 and still seated in the review room. Dr. Didn’t appear yet and that sucks because I worked last night 12 hrs and I’m here directly from work. This is unprofessional because if they can’t see you on time why they are not honest and realistic and schedule your appointment in a real time framing.
Very nice staff and knowledgeable dentist.
They were making great assessments on my teeth, I was in agreement with the consultation. When it got to pricing, it was like applying for a car loan...way too expensive! I tried understanding it was maybe the technology, but its just an illusion all the same and priced too damn high.
