This place is an absolute JOKE. I worked here for a short amount of time and they speak about their "highly regarded ethics" while knowlingly putting a woman in a vehicle with a screw in the tire who was traveling to TX of course without telling her. The "manager" Logan Mitchell is completely under qualified for his job. He and another co-worker would literally be dancing and singing in the branch. I felt like I was in middle school. When I say dance I mean "pop,lock, and dropping it. The hours you are told in the 3-4 interview process are misleading saying 7:15-6:00. More like 7am-6:45 at time because for some unknown reason the door didn't get locked at 6 like most normal businesses. The asst Mgr was almost downright rude and her dislike for me was extremely clear. Half the time customers with reservations can't even get their vehicle because it's not retuned yet or in the shop. Or being detailed considering more than half the vehicles come back smelling like weed and/or cigarettes. The majority of ppl working their HATE their jobs. Of course Mgt will never know that because everyone needs a paycheck. But I would definitely check your own ethics before calling someone out on theirs. Do yourself a favor and try to use another branch if possible. Complete incompetency.
My family and I rented a transit 15 passenger van for a week . The van was very comfortable, easy to handle and low gas mileage. Grant, sale representatives was very informative regarding policy of any sudden car trouble. Oh, by the way all passengers were senior citizens. I explain to Grant that some of the passengers had. Back trouble, but no one complain about the ride (a 16 hour drive). Oh yes, I'm an enterprise plus member. I always use enterprise and refer enterprise to my fridnds. Keep up the good work.

I enjoyed the experience. I requested a certain size car and there was not one available the size I wanted which was a full size. However, I was ok with the mid. Everything was clean with a full tank of gas. The miles were very low. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. I even received a follow-up call to make sure that everything was going well.
